As an outstanding Alternative Learning Provision (ALP) with a zero-exclusion policy, LPW is proud to support other schools and educational settings to reimagine their approach to inclusion. We know that every young person can thrive when teaching is built on trauma-informed and relational practice, and we are committed to sharing our expertise across the sector.
Our team works with schools and colleges to:
· Develop whole-school inclusion plans that are practical, sustainable and centred on pupil wellbeing.
· Lead high-quality learning walks that highlight strengths, identify barriers, and provide constructive feedback for staff development.
· Support behaviour systems that move away from punitive responses and instead build positive relationships, restorative practice and long-term change.
· Embed trauma-informed approaches into teaching, leadership and daily routines.
· Model relational practice that places connection, respect and trust at the centre of education.
