LPW pride themselves on having a motivational career structure which supports staff to develop expert skills in understanding behaviour. LPW are dedicated to inclusion and supporting the mental health of its staff. We do this through providing therapeutic mentoring and supervision to all staff to support their own journeys in becoming emotionally available. We have a motivational career structure as detailed below.
At LPW, we value the contribution of volunteers and student placements who bring fresh ideas, enthusiasm and skills to our school community. Whether you are training for a career in education, youth work or social care, or simply want to make a difference, volunteering at LPW offers the chance to gain hands-on experience in a unique, inclusive school environment.
Volunteers and students work alongside our experienced staff to support learning, wellbeing and enrichment activities. In return, we provide high-quality supervision, mentoring and opportunities to develop practical skills in areas such as trauma-informed practice, relational approaches and inclusive education.
